Shipping and returns

Shipping

Shipments are free for orders in Italy containing at least two items and for orders over 140€ all over the world.

For other orders the costs are:

• Italy: €5.90
• Europe: €19.90
• America: 34,90€

Delivery in Italy takes 2-5 working days. For other others it's about 10-15 working days.

Returns and size exchange

For Italy: It is possible to request a return within 14 days from the delivery date by contacting us at ordini@lukeandpole.it , in the chat on the site or on our social networks. In the case of a size exchange , the return shipping is at our expense. Otherwise, or a refund request, the return shipment is charged to the customer.

For non-Italy: The return is free of charge only in case of our mistake or if the goods arrived damaged.
